The Universal Asset Protection Trust
The Universal Asset Protection Trust has been specifically designed to protect and ring fence your assets for you during your lifetime.
It gives you the peace of mind that your assets can pass on securely and intact to your spouse, your children and their bloodline (or other named beneficiaries) after your death.
A Will can only distribute the assets that you own on death and if these are eroded during your lifetime for example through bankruptcy or care fees, there will be little if anything for your beneficiaries to inherit.
